History: This 45-years -old man complained of an enlargin tumor on his leg a year ago.The lesion was excised, and pathology revealed Malignant Melanoma(4 mm breslow). The scar was reexcised with a 2 cm margin. sentinel node biopsy is negative.
Dermoscopic description: Blue-white veil and irregular pseudopods
