Description:

History: According to the patient this lesion present for a long time. A year ago the lesion excised with laser. Some time after he has developed a new lesion precisely at the excision site. No previous histopathology report (laser excision). We excised it(surgery) imediatly after that patient told me the word "laser". The final hstp report was a Compound nevus. I always have in my mind the Tiger Melanoma. Tiger Melanoma is type of Melanoma which develope after laser excision. Laser excision is not recommended for melanocytic lesions!
