History: This 36 yr old male had a longstanding lesion on the leg without history of change. Dermoscopy show tones of brown as well as the more typical blue, a so called "Brown" Blue Nevus see Chapter III.4 Blue Nevus, Gerardo Ferrara and Giuseppe Argenziano in the Color Atlas of Melanocytic Lesions of the Skin, Springer, 2007
