Description: Dermoscopy shows an orderly arrnagement of predominantly glomerular vessels.

History: This patient presented with an enlarging scaly lesion on the nose. Dermosocpy showed surface scale and glomerular and hairpin vessels, histopathology undertaken to exclude Bowens Disease was of an irritated seborrhoeic keratosis
