Description:
Brown nodular lesion with eccentric reddish papular area and polymorphous vascular pattern.

History: A 53 year-old lady came for an examination because she noticed a recent enlargement of a previous nevus . Clinically and dermoscopically it was suspicious and excision was performed. Histological examination confirmed a diagnosis of a rare type of melanoma with Breslow 2mm, and Clark III with presence of lymphocytic infiltration.
