Description:
Irregulary shaped brown-black flat lesion with a nodule in the central part of the lesion.

History: A 63 year-old female patient came to examination because she notised an appearing of a nodule over months. Clinicaly and dermoscopically, also histological exam refered as LMM with Breslow index 2mm and Clark IV, without ulceration.
