Description: Kittler <1p lines reticular and structureless combined asymmetrically. Clues; most obvious in macro with eccentric structureless zone, dot and curved vessels apparent to left of most pigmented area.

History: 80 year old man, lesion noted at examination for shoulder pain. Histology reported as; Severely atypical, predominantly junctional naevus with areas amounting to Clark level 1 melanoma(Superficial Spreading type),with a tiny focus of early level 2 melanoma.0.3 mm thick.
